A Brief Word on Member Fulfilment
Hotels with in-house and regional programmes know that there are substantial costs and labour commitments in the administration of loyalty programmes. By joining the VOILÀ Hotel Rewards program, all administrative duties are automated, which minimizes errors, is more efficient, saves the hotel considerable cost, and results in guest satisfaction.
Each week, in order for our members to get their appropriate fulfilment kits, we will generate a fulfilment extract (record) list of all members who have been upgraded, downgraded, or maintained their status for another consecutive 12-months. Members are mapped to appropriate fulfilment grids and letter/lot codes based on the communications language, country of residence, and tier. This list is then sent to our fulfilment houses around the world for fulfilment.
We will verify the member’s mailing and E-mail addresses. If any of the addresses are not valid, an automatic email will be sent to the member asking them to verify and update their address.
