VOILÀ Reward Redemption
VOILÀ members can use their VOILÀ Points to redeem a free room night at any
participating VOILÀ hotel.
The system is both dynamic and advanced. Based on the actual price of the
room at the time of booking:
- If a room is available to purchase, it is also available for redemption
- A dynamic formula determines redemption value and redemption fee paid to
hotel
The redeemed room will fall into one of the categories below:

Hotel will be reimbursed for reward nights based on pre-established reward fees
The reward redemption process is simple:
- Hotel is paid a Reward Redemption Fee based on pre-established redemption fee categories (above): approximately 30% of actual room rate at time of booking
- Hotel submits guest folio to VHR for reimbursement of Reward Redemption Fee after member check’s out of the hotel
- VHR verifies stay information and pays the hotel at contracted point levels within 30 days
