Program Details

VOILÀ Hotel Rewards members earn 10 points for every eligible U.S. dollar* spent at participating VOILÀ properties worldwide. With VOILÀ Hotel Rewards, their membership level is determined by their total number of room nights in a consecutive 12-month period.

The more frequently they stay at participating VOILÀ hotels, the more generous their Voila benefits become including point bonuses, room upgrades, special perks, and much more. Points earned may be redeemed for complimentary hotel stays at participating VOILÀ hotels around the world or airline miles. Best of all, VOILÀ points never expire! (That’s right – NEVER!)

The Privileges of Elite Status

When members reach the highest levels of VOILÀ membership, they'll enjoy additional privileges such as no blackout dates, room upgrades, additional point bonuses, appreciation gifts, and much more.

The two highest levels of VOILÀ membership are PLATINUM and BLACK. Both of these membership tiers receive bonuses on points earned at participating VOILÀ hotels and special elite-only rewards.

To reach Platinum status, members must complete 10 stays in a consecutive 12-month period. To reach Black status, they must complete 20 stays in a consecutive 12-month period. Upon reaching Black status, they will also enjoy the exclusive privilege of no blackout dates on reward redemptions.
