VOILÀ PMS and CRS Integration
Once you have decided to participate in VOILÀ Hotel Rewards, we will assign a Coordinator to take your hotel through the start up process, which includes a customised VOILÀ Hotel Rewards webpage, point-of-sale collateral for your property(s), set up your CRM dashboard and PMS interface, provide CRM training to hotel personnel, prepare press release and external marketing communications, etc.
Reservations & Point Tracking
If available, the hotel will enable PMS interface for automatic reservations and point tracking, and authorize VOILÀ Hotel Rewards to install technology that allows card swiping, tracking of customer stay data, calculation of eligible points and issuance of statements (please see detailed technical integration documentation).
The hotel will transfer the member’s folio data electronically to VOILÀ Hotel Rewards via the PMS integration in real-time. This interface requires the hotel PMS to have the ability to accept a membership number in all bookings made, including reservations made:
- Directly with the hotel Via any voice reservations office Via the hotel’s website
- Through travel agency locations and third party websites (technology permitting)

If PMS interface cannot be implemented, hotel must manually enter guest folio information daily via VOILÀ Hotel Rewards’ CRM Partner Portal website.
